1 Corinthians 9:19-23
When Rules Replace Relationship
Acts 4: 23-31
What do you do when the walls are closing in? Jud Jordan takes us to Acts 4:23-31 (ESV) — the story of a threatened, persecuted church that didn't pray for safety. They prayed for boldness. Lead Pastor: Jud Jordan
Psalm 42
Ever feel spiritually... flat? Like God feels far away, even when you're doing "all the right things"? Jud Jordan is digging into Psalm 42 — the psalmist's own honest wrestling with feeling spiritually depressed, and what to do when your soul feels dry. If you've ever needed permission to be honest about where you're at with God, this one's for you. Lead Pastor: Jud Jordan
Psalm 40
Psalm 40:1-3 - Stuck in a pit you can't climb out of on your own? You're not alone down there. Jud Jordan opens up Psalm 40:1–3 — what to do when troubles pile up, the ground feels like mud, and you don't know the way out. The good news? The same God who hears also lifts. Lead Pastor: Jud Jordan
1 Corinthians 9:3-19
1 Corinthians 9:3-19 - What if you don't owe what you think you owe? This Sunday, Jud Jordan reminded us of something the world struggles to believe: the gospel is free. We carry a quiet debt — "He did this for me, so now I owe Him." But grace isn't a transaction. It's a gift. Stop fighting it. Trust that because of what He did, you're saved. Your grace truly is… free. Lead Pastor: Jud Jordan
Embark Church: 1 Corinthians 8:4-13
1 Corinthians 8:4-13 - In this message, Jud Jordan teaches from 1 Corinthians 8:4–13, where Paul flips the question from "What am I allowed to do?" to "What's best for the person next to me?" Real maturity, he says, puts love over being right. Lead Pastor: Jud Jordan
1 Corinthians 7:19-24
1 Corinthians 7:17-24 - This Sunday, Jud Jordan walked us through 1 Corinthians 7:17–24 — and the reminder hit home: we don't have to escape our circumstances to find God. He's calling us to stay, embrace the life in front of us (hardships and all), and keep our eyes fixed on Him. One takeaway to carry into your week: your situation was never the point. God is. Lead Pastor: Jud Jordan
1 Corinthians 7:10-16
1 Corinthians 7:10-16 - Marriage is sacred, but some seasons are painful. This message walks honestly through what God's Word says to those navigating the ache of broken or strained covenant — offering not easy answers, but anchoring truth and the hope of peace. Speaker: Jeremy Woods, Ministry Coordinator
