Greetings family, I hope you're faring well amidst these heatwaves! I've acclimatised to it now and am enjoying the predictable sunshine, though anything over 30-31°C and I'm mainly staying indoors. I'm sure we'll be seeing more serious conversations about climate - now that the west is being hit pretty hard by extreme weather. The way I see it, this extraction-based economic system has to be replaced if we want to live more in harmony with this planet. Digital Decluttering for a Clear Mind
As I've been thinking a lot about neurodiversity, I’ve come to the belated realisation that some of my online habits are pretty bad for overall wellbeing. In this video I discuss how I'm making changes in this regard. Hopefully you will find some good ideas in there.
High Autism Rates among Black British children
My previous video dug into some of the data showing that Black British children and particularly boys, have the highest diagnosis rates for Autism (aka Autism Spectrum Disorder). I'll certainly be following up this and asking why these disparities exist.
