When we are fully embodied, fully trusting ourselves- we dissolve the need for external inputs. We stop outsourcing intelligence, health, and awareness.

To be this autonomous, to be this sovereign- is the highest path to walk.

You are equipped, fully and completely, with everything you need to know.

You don’t need someone else to teach you.

You don’t need to go to school.

You don’t need another gadget, gizmo, or contraption.

You don’t need another way to gather information on your biometrics.

You don’t need more supplements, prescriptions, or medications.

You literally don’t need anything outside of yourself to prosper, to heal, to live an exceptional, intelligent, beautiful life.

Inner-sourcing your wellness comes from inward journeying. It is all here, waiting for you to remember, waiting for you to breathe and move and feel your innate codes of intelligence.

Outsourcing- inherently holds the frequency- I am not enough.

Inner-sourcing- inherently trusts that- I am more than enough. I have everything I need.
