Aries is primal fire- raw, unfiltered, fierce. Fire- when channeled with direction- is lifeforce energy- creative inspiration- it is the spark- the light- the GO!

Fire needs a place to move-

Through your body- move! Shake, run, hike, walk, jump... Do a movement practice- exert energy and give the fire pathways to move through you. Aries is embodiment. Rather than transcending the body, as many seem to think is ideal or superior- Aries invites you into the inherent WISDOM and sensory oracle of YOUR BODY. Using the body as a powerhouse space of high tech information- sensing, feeling, listening, responding, and then moving accordingly. Aries in its highest frequency is crystal clear embodied being- moving with inspiration, intuition, and instinct effortlessly and with FULL trust.

Through your breath- breath leads to inspiration and clarity- it detoxifies, purifies, and cleanses. Breathing leads to releasing whatever is here for us to let go. Get into it- breath in whatever way is supportive to your frequency- but breathe! Intentionally and consciously. It is your greatest ally.

Through creative expression! What visions do you have? What do you want to create? What is alive in your field right now? Use fire energy to move toward it. Trust your heart. Trust what is lighting up for you in your life right now and move that way :) Build it babes.

It is heralding in NEW BEGINNING energy. New things require space. What needs to be released in order for you to step forward into what you are becoming?
