Our SEB complaint raising the issue that the ballot paper verification option is disabled across the state of Georgia. This was found after a fraudulent ballot printed on looseleaf paper was accepted by a tabulator in Spalding County. The situation raises two issues. First, why is the ballot authentication feature not being used? Second, if it’s not being used then why are Georgia counties purchasing the premium paper?
