Dear Active Citizen,

Election Day is just one day. But the decisions that shape it start weeks, sometimes months, before.

Who are the candidates? What do they stand for? Where is your polling unit? How do you get there? These may seem like small questions, but they often determine whether someone votes at all, and whether they vote well.

That’s partly why we built GoToMyPU years ago. It started as a simple way to help citizens find their polling units without the usual stress and uncertainty that comes with Election Day.

This week, GoToMyPU is back for the Osun State Governorship Election, scheduled for Saturday, 15 August 2026.

If you’re voting in Osun, now is the time to locate your polling unit, not the day before or on Election Day. Visit gotomypu.com to find your polling unit, plan your journey, and avoid unnecessary delays.

But this isn’t just about Osun. As we look towards the 2027 General Elections, we’re reimagining GoToMyPU as more than a polling unit locator. Over the coming months, we’ll be introducing new features designed to help citizens make informed electoral choices, from accessing credible election information to better understanding the candidates seeking their votes.

If you know someone voting in Osun, share www.gotomypu.com with them. And as we continue improving the platform for 2027, we’d love to hear what tools or information would help you become a more informed voter.
