My latest project is Marc Andreessen Egg Game - a game about drawing on eggs to make them look like venture capitalist Marc Andreessen.
Please give it a try - and if you draw anything you’re proud of, consider submitting it to the (already growing!) Egg Gallery.
As always, I’ve written a little post about making the game. This post isn’t super long (the game didn’t take too long to make!) but it covers my two favorite problems from making the game (lighting up the egg and designing speedrun mode).
As I mentioned last email, much of my work right now is for longer-term stuff that will happen this Summer or Fall. Most of that work is still unannounced - but I’m happy to say that I’ll be designing this year’s ICFP Programming Contest! Stay tuned for more details, but we’ll likely be running the contest in late July.
I’ll hopefully have more work to announce soon. And I’m sure I’ll be back with something else goofy and small in not that long either way.
