CBDC: THE BIG DECEPTION!

Today a meeting of the #CBCD IL forum took place. In one of the presentations it was told that "(The) Bank of Israel, or any other authority, will not have access to individual information from the Digital Shekel System". IT IS A DECEPTION!

I have been working in the field of information security and privacy for many years. Below is my expert opinion on the topic and why I consider the 'experts' who support CBDC to be accessories to murder!

The deception was by using the term "government authority". WHY? because this statement DOES NOT COVER GOVERNMENT MINISTRIES. This means THE POLICE or ANY OTHER MINISTRY COULD HAVE ACCESS TO ALL OF YOUR FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS. The CBDC IL forum try to hide the truth!

Anther attempt to manipulate people into thinking #CBDC will have privacy is by claiming that "the rights of data subjects in the digital Shekel will be similar, as much as possible and subject to Israeli law, to the rights of data subjects stipulated in the…GDPR". DECEPTION!

First of all, they use the term "as much as possible and subject to Israeli law", which practically means that since Israel is in a state of emergency since the day it was created, the government has extraordinary powers, and many recent laws has been drafted to give more power!

For example, a new law has just been introduced to establish a central database run by the ministry of health that will gather the vaccination status of everyone. Combine the two, and legally the digital shekel could be programmed to only work for those who got vaccinated!

Also, in case of emergency the government has the right to bypass any privacy restriction in GDPR. As I said, Israel is in a state of emergency. But it's not only Israel - the WHO can decide on medical emergency (including global warming) and suddenly you have ZERO privacy!

According to GDPR, Privacy must be "by design". You cannot "add" privacy later. When a system, BY DESIGN, does not support anonymity, and in fact REQUIRED TO HAVE NO PRIVACY when it comes to national security such as money laundry, any attempt to claim it gives one IS A LIE!

Look at the "CBDC - System design and interoperability" document from BIS: "FULL ANONYMITY IS NOT PLAUSIBLE…The CBDC system design would determine which actors have access to what information". BY DESIGN WE WILL HAVE ZERO PRIVACY WITH CBDC.

In case you wonder - yes, the Israeli Digital Shekel WILL BE PROGRAMMABLE. Meaning: they can control WHERE you can use it, WHEN you can use it, and FOR WHAT PURPOSE you can use it. It is NOT money the way you think of money. It is a voucher system. ALL CBDC WILL BE PROGRAMMABLE!

The people who attended the forum and presented the CBDC are most likely not the one who made the decisions on the design of the system, but they are accessories to the murder of our privacy and our freedom. Why would anyone take part of such sinister plan? Funding and ideology!

• Funding: There is A LOT of money that has been poured into the research of these systems. Many professionals do not want to speak out against CBDC because they (or their institute/university) will be punished for it.

• Ideology: some people want socialism. it's a Mental illness.

Anyone who participate in CBDC initiatives and claim they do it to "reduce the harm" of what's coming is like taking part in P. Diddy party and claim you do it to "reduce the harm" to those who are going to get abused in it. CBDC IS EVIL. There is no moral justification for it!
