What is Truth?

What I know for sure, is that it isn’t what you believe or think.

It is what you know.

Much of the world, as we experience it today, has dedicated its language and teachings to telling us what to think, believe, and want.

Rather than teaching us to trust ourselves to know.

The consequences being, that for many, the Truth became buried beneath ever-thickening layers of doubts, opinions, and beliefs about who we ‘should’ be, what we ‘should’ do, how we ‘should’ feel, and what we ‘should’ want.

We stopped asking “who am I” and instead asked “who do they think I am”?

The turning point is when knowing who you are becomes of more interest than knowing who they think you are.

As a Vision Building Mentor my work, since 2018, has been to reconnect women to;

The truth of who they are.
The truth of what they are.
The truth of why they are here.

It is the truth that sets us free.

This is the journey of coming home.
