thank you for being here

sometimes people tell me something and i have no idea what they said so i just nod and smile. i’ve performed in stadiums, but im still very shy. i snort when i laugh. i’ve recently rediscovered how much fun it is to make music playlists. i feel dumb a lot even though i know i’m not. i’m glad i was able to experience lady gaga as a teenager. sometimes when i’m driving i forget other cars exist and assume every car behind me is following me. when i was 15 i was pirating every episode of desperate housewives and crying alone in my bedroom. the most romantic thing to me is 6:30am on a fall morning when there’s a breeze and barely enough sunlight but coffee is brewing.i think any movie is better in a theatre. my instinct is to say i say i love you after any nice encounter. love is a spectrum and can be shared between strangers. i get 200-300 comments or messages a week nitpicking and critiquing my body. i still struggle viewing myself through the eyes of ableism. every date i’ve been on has been a flop. sometimes i feel trapped by being disabled but only because of how it limits the way people view me and discount the other communities i belong to. i love to save videos that remind me of the simplicity of life. i like to ramble!! i have a lot of thoughts but rarely know how to share them.
