As many of you know, I’ve been building BeeWell in public.
That means sharing both the wins and the difficult moments.
Last week, I sent my investor deck to a group of experienced business leaders, physicians, executives, and entrepreneurs and asked for their honest, unfiltered feedback.
When the responses started coming in, I could have read them one at a time and reacted emotionally to each comment. My ADHA would have gone into overdrive!
I did something different.
I fed every response into ChatGPT and asked it to perform an investor sentiment analysis.
Not to rewrite my deck.
Not to tell me everything looked great.
Not even to tell me whether BeeWell was a good idea.
I wanted AI to answer one question:
“What are all of these experienced people seeing that I’m too close to see myself?”
The result surprised me.
The overall assessment came back as A-.
More importantly, AI found something I had completely missed.
Not a single reviewer questioned the market opportunity or the overall vision.
Every conversation quickly shifted to execution.
They wanted to know why BeeWell would win, how it would scale, what made it different, and how the long-term business would grow.
That realization completely changed my perspective.
This is only the executive summary. The full analysis is significantly more detailed, but here’s what AI consistently found across all of the investor feedback.
✅ The overall vision resonated.
✅ The market opportunity was viewed positively.
✅ The founder story built credibility and confidence.
✅ The concept generated genuine interest rather than skepticism.
The opportunities for improvement weren’t about changing the business.
They were about communicating it more clearly.
AI identified recurring themes across every review, separated isolated opinions from meaningful patterns, highlighted blind spots I couldn’t objectively see, and generated a prioritized checklist of what should be strengthened next.
That is a completely different use of AI than writing emails or creating social media posts.
It’s like having an objective strategy consultant that never gets tired, never gets emotional, and can analyze dozens of viewpoints in minutes.
This is exactly how I’m using AI to build BeeWell.
Not to replace my judgment.
To sharpen it.
If you’re building a business, don’t just ask AI to create content.
Ask it to help you think better.
I’m curious...
Would you use AI to write your next post, or to make your next business decision?
