Update: official suckless repos updated1, 1.0 release and packaging for common distros/BSDs will follow soon!
It has been a while since I have touched the slstatus2 codebase. Nevertheless, the program has been in use a lot, which led to some bugfixes and improvements being sent to the suckless mailing list.
So, as my job as the maintainer of slstatus on suckless.org I have started digging through the accumulated stuff on the mailing list. My personal repositories already received some first updates3, the official one will follow very soon.
Additionally, my plan is to define the feature set at this point, so that the codebase isn’t able to grow too much after the first upcoming 1.0 release. Additional functionality should be included as patches like with other suckless software (e.g. dwm).
