Every year, I meet incredible students who have spent years preparing for their dream of becoming a veterinarian. They’ve worked in clinics, volunteered at shelters, pushed through difficult science courses, and sacrificed countless hours pursuing a goal they’ve often held since childhood.

Yet many of them still feel stuck.

Not because they aren’t capable.

Because they’re trying to navigate one of the most confusing application processes in higher education without a roadmap.

That’s exactly why I created Let’s Get You Into Vet School.

The veterinary school admissions process isn’t simple.

There isn’t one formula.

There isn’t one set of requirements. (Each vet school has very tiny details that are different from other schools, and I see people fall through these cracks daily.)

There isn’t one clear path.

Every veterinary school evaluates applicants differently. Each school weighs academics, experience, essays, interviews, and personal qualities in its own way.

Most students end up piecing together advice from internet forums, social media, advisors, friends, coworkers, and veterinarians who applied years ago.

The result is often confusion, overwhelm, and a lot of wasted time focusing on things that don’t actually improve their chances of acceptance.

I see students working incredibly hard, but not always working on the right things.

And that’s frustrating, because many qualified students are far more competitive than they realize.

People often assume I help students write essays.

And yes, I do.

Others think I help students prepare for interviews.

I do that too.

But those things aren’t the real reason students join my program.

What I actually provide is strategy.

I help students understand where they stand today, identify what’s helping or hurting their application, and create a personalized plan to become a stronger candidate.

Instead of guessing what admissions committees want, my students learn how to make informed decisions about:

• Which schools to apply to

• How to strengthen weaknesses in their application

• How to communicate their experiences effectively

• How to prepare for interviews

• How to avoid common mistakes that lead to rejection

Every student is different, and every application strategy should be too.

For many students, becoming a veterinarian isn’t just a career goal.

It’s part of who they are.

It’s the dream they’ve carried since they were kids.

I understand that because I was once that student too.

That’s why rejection can feel so personal.

When students come to me, they’re often carrying a tremendous amount of pressure. They’re worried that one application cycle will determine their future. They’re comparing themselves to classmates. They’re questioning whether they’re good enough, whether they’ve done enough. They don’t know what to do now. (This summer is an important one!)

My goal isn’t just to help students submit stronger applications.

It’s to help them move through this process with more confidence, more clarity, and a plan they can trust.

Because no student should have to navigate this journey alone.

One thing that makes Let’s Get You Into Vet School different is simple.

I’m a veterinarian.

I’ve been through the application process myself.

I’ve experienced the uncertainty, the self-doubt, and the pressure that comes with pursuing veterinary medicine.

Over the years, I’ve learned that many students don’t need to work harder. They need better guidance.

They need someone who understands both the admissions process and the profession they’re working so hard to join.

That’s the role I strive to fill for every student I work with.

I’m a veterinarian and the founder of Let’s Get You Into Vet School.

After going through veterinary school admissions myself, I realized that many qualified students were being held back not by a lack of potential, but by a lack of guidance.

Too often, students were relying on outdated advice, guessing where to apply, or struggling to understand how admissions committees evaluate applicants.

Today, my mission is simple: help pre-vet students build stronger applications, avoid costly mistakes, and gain admission to veterinary school with a clear strategy and personalized support.

I’ve had the privilege of helping students gain acceptance to veterinary schools across the country, and nothing is more rewarding than seeing them achieve a goal they’ve worked toward for years.
