When people tell you “You’ve changed” it’s a high compliment. Personally? I find comfort in knowing that I will never stop changing. There’s always so much ahead. The person I am today is not the same person I will be in five years, was not the same person I was one year ago, and may not even be the same person I will be in as little as a few days. New ideas, new things to try, new things to integrate.

I hope this is as true for me, as it is for you.

If you let yourself, you will constantly be growing and evolving as you live, take action, make decisions…big and small. But you have to let yourself. You have to be open to change, and open to being different.

You have to kick your own ego to the side and say “I’m not done yet.”

The moment you believe you’re done growingyou’re just…done. Millions of people out there decided to stop growing the moment they walked off the graduation stage, or got their first job. You want to be like them, or do you want to be more?

Don’t deny yourself. Allow yourself to grow, change, and evolve. Risk the snide comments or people who want you to stay the same. Stay curious, ambitious, try things out, and be who you want to be. Be bigger. Be better.

You have not reached your final form. What’s one thing you could intentionally grow on just in the weekend ahead? One thing you could read or learn more about? One thing you could try?

Evolve until you die.
