Alright. Let’s talk the talk!
SUPER PLUMBER SISTERS series ended on Chapter 4. BULLET ASSASSIN LIVING IN A FANTASY WORLD is going to end with an oversized Chapter 4. The next chapter 4 that we’re launching is MY SEXY WITCH ACADEMIA, except this is the series that is going to SURVIVE after Chapter 4!
Yep! This series is planned for 12-chapters and I’m really hoping that we can get to them honestly. With SUPER PLUMBER SISTERS ended and BULLET ASSASSIN ending next year, this will give me time to release more chapters of SEXY WITCH ACADEMIA each year.
Honestly I hope it gets to a point where I can launch 3-4 chapters of this series a year, that way we can secure the story being told EXACTLY how I want it, but also getting to the conclusion sooner.
Chapter 4 of MY SEXY WITCH ACADEMIA will be the finale of the first arc. I can’t wait to launch this book! Expect a signup in a few weeks!
Don’t worry I’m not talking about comics but that is a topic that will come up at some point in my life I’m sure. Every year I tell myself “no more comics” and yet I launch a new series, or find an artist that I want to work with and soon we’re making more stories.
I love comics.
But the people…
The creators…
At what point do you just give up on being part of the “creator community” and just do what you do in complete solidarity?
Nothing grinds my gears more than when adults are unable to have conversations and debates with one another. Even worse than this, are adults who deliberately talk about others behind others backs without giving the other party a chance to respond.
For the last 10 years of my life, I’ve made it a point that there would be no topic I wouldn’t shy from, no person I wouldn’t engage with, and no person I wouldn’t disagree with. However, I always made it a point to have the spats on the subjects, and then continue to engage and be friends with them afterwards.
Well.
Over the last 2 years, it’s become evident that the creator community rejects this idea, and at this point, I feel utterly alone.
I’ve got ex-comic pros putting my comic book launches with commentary on Charlie Kirk’s death:
I have creators making 3-part fucking essays about how I ruined their social media experiences and yet they’ve blocked me from (1) reading said essays and (2) don’t allow me to respond. Bitch made.
I have creators who I feel I’ve lost as friends because of the political climate and because I don’t fit in with the “club” the strategic move would be to not have me around.
Here’s the thing, at the end of day, this probably all my fault. I don’t have an ego that is big enough to now acknowledge that I’m not the problem. I’m probably the problem.
But man, if wanting to have discourse about hard topics with other creators and conversing with them is so bad…then…Idk….
I’ll be really honest right now.
Brutally honest.
I’m really mad. I’m really frustrated.
I’m probably going to lash out at people and just have a major crash out.
The best thing to do would be to unplug from the internet, but I have got a book to promote, another book to promote, fulfillment to do, and more.
Anyways.
Expect the Silly Goose to go a little crazy in the next few months. If he doesn’t…well…
