Debuting in July on 5 in the UK, crime comedy-drama Benidorm is Murder finds retired British cop-turned-bar owner Dennis teaming up with crime drama superfan Rosa to solve a string of mysterious cases on the Spanish coast.
As Jackson Gregory, the head of development for Blackbox Multimedia, explains, the on-screen relationship between the duo – portrayed by stars John Hannah and Carolina Bécquer – came to embody the tone of the whole show.
