Hello!
My name is Angie and I make hand bound books. This year I wanted to connect with people interested in art making in a new way. Social media platforms are a great visual space to post eye candy but it’s all meant to be fast. No lingering allowed it seems. I’m busy, too, so sometimes a quick pic and snappy line is all I can get out but I do want to have a place where I can share a little bit more about my process in a format that is made for something other than a doom scroll.
I’m hoping to share stories with you here, once a month, that will let you into my thought process and give you a deeper insight into the kinds books I'm making and why.
What can you expect from this space?

A place to talk about the materials I use and why I choose to work with these items.
My philosophy on being creative, what that can bring to your life and how small actions can lead to bigger projects over time.
I'll also try and feature cool things or info you may all like that I have found around the internet that is bookish or creativity/art related.
