Dr. Aerial · On Assignment with Dr. Aerial

Every year it’s the same pattern.

A heritage or recognition month comes around. A quick event gets scheduled. People show up. Everyone moves on as if nothing happened.

In addition to writing, coaching, and leading faith-centered leadership initiatives, I serve organizations as a keynote speaker, executive coach, and facilitator — and I’m currently booking engagements for the upcoming season through this year and into 2027.

Some organizations I’ve supported include:

  • Starbucks

  • Microsoft

  • Pepperdine University

  • Teach for America

  • United Methodist Church General Board of Higher Education and Ministry

Why bring in a speaker or coach at all?

Economic pressure.

Workplace change.

Leadership fatigue.

Questions about purpose and direction.

The right experience does more than inspire people.

It creates clarity, alignment, and momentum.

It reminds people why their work matters and how they contribute to something bigger.

My work sits at the intersection of faith, leadership, culture, and strategy.

I’ve partnered with corporations, universities, nonprofits, and global organizations to help leaders:

• Navigate complex organizational challenges

• Strengthen communication and trust across teams

• Lead with purpose and conviction

• Build cultures where people thrive

Whether I’m speaking to executives, emerging leaders, or entire organizations, I bring both substance and energy. People leave with frameworks they can apply immediately.

  • Keynotes — transformational talks that challenge thinking and inspire action

  • Workshops — interactive sessions with practical leadership tools

  • Leadership Intensives/Retreats — deeper development experiences for teams or cohorts

  • Group or Team Coaching Sessions — guided coaching experiences to help teams apply insights, strengthen collaboration, and move from intention to execution

  • Fireside Conversations — thoughtful, engaging dialogue for intimate settings

You might say: “But Dr. Aerial, I don’t control the budget…”

You can simply forward this email to the person who does. Many partnerships begin because someone said, “We should bring her in.”

And if resources are limited, reach out anyway. I work with organizations of varying sizes and would rather explore possibilities than have you assume it’s out of reach.

Reply directly to this email or have your team contact me with:

• Your organization name

• Potential dates

• Virtual or in-person preference

We’ll take it from there.

In a time when people are craving clarity, connection, and direction, gathering your team around meaningful conversation can be powerful.

I would be honored to support that work.

With gratitude,

Dr. Aerial

P.S. If my writing through On Assignment has encouraged you, thank you for being part of this community. Your presence here matters more than you know.
