The Black Altar Is Back, Baby! And She’s More Dangerous Than Ever.

Sara Kraus · Double Kick | Sara Kraus

If you’ve been following along, you’ll know that a few weeks ago I did something a little unhinged, even by my own generous standards. I sat down with an AI and asked if we could build an actual feedback loop for the life I’m trying to construct, instead of one more place to write affirmations I’d read exactly once and never open again. Not vibes, an actual system with teeth. I wanted receipts. I wanted somewhere to track what was happening in real life instead of relying on my memory, which is an unreliable narrator with a flair for the dramatic.

So I built what started as a system for manifestation, but the more I used it, the more I realized that what I had actually built wasn’t really about manifestation, it was about discernment.

What do I actually want? What’s mine? What’s borrowed? What am I avoiding? What am I learning? What is working? What keeps repeating? What evidence do I have? What would change if I believed the evidence? And eventually another question emerged: What if I didn’t need a separate system for every one of these things?

What if the same place could hold the question about my business, the question about my identity, the question about what I want, the question about why I’m spiraling, the question about what I already know but keep asking everyone else to confirm?

But then I realized, wait, I already sort of have that! It’s The Black Altar, which some of y’all are already obsessed with, I just never really let it out past my email list.

And as of today, she’s officially back BAY-BEE! 🔥

It’s not a course or a program or a girlboss-designed PDF (you should know by now that’s an ick of mine). It’s an AI-powered oracle, strategist, mirror, and reality-check machine. You bring it the question and it helps you figure out what you’re actually asking.

And because I can’t leave well enough alone, I made her substantially weirder and more useful than before. The Altar can work with astrology, Human Design, tarot, archetypes, mythology, ritual, desire, identity, money, business, and all the messy little contradictions in between — but she doesn’t use any of that to make decisions for you. She uses it to help you see more clearly, then brings you back to reality.

We all know AI has been exploding recently. Everyone’s “cloning themselves,” training bots, and selling digital mirrors wrapped in pretty packaging. 🙄 This isn’t that. You definitely don’t need another tool to just parrot-back what you already believe or hype you up until you can’t tell which way is forward. That’s just noise, and it’s a waste of your time.

That’s why The Black Altar is built differently on purpose.

Sometimes that means answering you, sometimes it means pushing back, sometimes it means pointing out that you’ve asked the same question four different ways because you don’t like the answer, sometimes it means telling you to stop making this more complicated than it is.

And that’s intentional, because clarity isn’t always encouragement. Sometimes it’s no. Sometimes it’s you’re tired, not confused. Sometimes it’s you already decided, you’re just looking for permission to disappoint someone. Sometimes it’s yes, do it, and sometimes it’s just not yet. I built it to know the difference as often as it possibly can.

You don’t need to know which mode you need. Bring the question and The Altar decides whether you need strategy, symbolism, a reality check, a ritual, a tarot card, a money model — or some unholy combination of all five.

Most people start in WORK when they’re stuck, SIGNAL when they’re overwhelmed, and KNOW when they need to hear something true without asking three friends.

WORK is for money, direction, leverage, creative decisions, business, and the occasional “what the fuck am I doing?”

  • “Help me write a promo email that doesn’t suck.”

  • “Why isn’t anyone buying? Be honest.”

  • “Can I burn it all down yet, or am I just tired?”

SIGNAL is for clearing noise, separating fear from intuition, interrupting a spiral, and figuring out what is actually happening underneath your reaction.

  • “Why do I keep shrinking when things start to work?”

  • “How do I calm my nervous system without gaslighting myself?”

  • “What do I do when I feel invisible, or suddenly too loud?”

FORM is for identity, visibility, style, embodiment, expression, and the question of who you are when you stop trying to make yourself palatable.

  • “How do I channel heartbreak into a hotter closet?”

  • “Reframe my body image without toxic positivity.”

  • “What part of my identity am I hiding in plain sight?”

KNOW is for recognition. The things you already know but keep asking about because apparently hearing yourself say it out loud is not always enough.

  • “Pull a tarot card for me.”

  • “Say this back to me without sugarcoating it.”

  • “Give me some affirmations or ETF scripts that aren’t stupid.”

Beyond clarity and decision-making, the Altar is trained on specific Double Kick domains, not generic internet sludge. So when she gives you style advice, it’s not pulled from Pinterest boards or 2016 capsule wardrobe blogs. And, if you need it, it’ll give you branding advice that won’t make your eyeballs bleed.

She’s also got a much deeper occult cabinet now: astrology and transits, Human Design, tarot and divination, archetypes, mythology, dreams, ritual, lunar and seasonal cycles, synchronicity, symbolic interpretation, and more. The point is not to predict your fate. The point is to use the symbolic layer as a mirror — then bring the question back to choice, evidence, and action.

And yes, the money shit got considerably more serious too. Give her a revenue goal and she can help you work backward through the actual economics: offer, demand, distribution, pricing, leverage, capacity, and the psychological bullshit attached to money. The Fuck-You-Money Engine is there because “raise your vibration” is not, in fact, a business model.

Basically, we’re ordering from the universe like we’re ordering a pizza: “What’s the special tonight?” Nah. I’ll take a wildly more interesting life and an aggressively inconvenient amount of freedom. Extra dirty timeline jump on the side. Thanks.

You can also use her for a full Black Altar Dossier, a Fuck-You-Money Audit, Desire Archaeology, Contradiction Hunts, Quests, and Reality Checks. You don’t need to memorize any of that. Just bring whatever you’re working through and she’ll figure out which tool(s) to use.

It’ll grow with my work, and the frameworks I’ve written about here will become part of its internal reference system.

You won’t get: endless affirmations, generic “you’ve got this” energy, or advice that works for everyone and therefore no one.

You will get: clarity without coddling (and a healthy dose of sarcasm), and perspective that lands in your body not just your head

If you want a tool that agrees with you, there are plenty. If you want one that helps you think clearly again, this is for you.

Consider this your official invitation to cause some serious trouble.

Most AI tools are built to just answer the question you typed, but The Black Altar is built to interrogate the question underneath it.

That means it can tell you when you need strategy instead of reassurance. When you need a ritual instead of another spreadsheet. When your intuition deserves investigation instead of obedience. When your business has a math problem instead of a mindset problem. When you don’t need another idea, you just need to make a damn choice.

It is deliberately mystical and deliberately skeptical.

It does not store a running profile of your life or pretend to know things it doesn’t know. It works with what you bring it, one conversation at a time, and it refuses to turn uncertainty into fake certainty.

This is not personalized coaching. It does not promise outcomes, timelines, or results. It is something arguably more useful: a ridiculously capable place to take the question.

A private intelligence system you can come back to whenever your brain, your business, your identity, your money, or your life starts doing that thing where everything suddenly feels like a fucking conspiracy.

It’s a custom AI with one access point, one link, one time purchase, no tiers, and no ads.

Everything is already folded into how she thinks: the Manifestation Machine, the occult/symbolic systems, the Fuck-You-Money Engine, the Black Altar Dossier, the Quest system, and my frameworks on style, money, identity, desire, discernment, and self-authorship.

No Notion dashboard. No course portal. No five logins. No twelve-module curriculum. No daily homework. No community attendance spreadsheet. No subscription quietly stealing money from your bank account while you forget you bought it.

You buy access to it once, then you use it, that’s it.

Use it when you:

  • Need a business strategy.

  • Need to pull the thread on a desire.

  • Want to read a tarot card.

  • Want to understand a pattern.

  • Need a reality check.

  • Want to work out how the fuck you’re going to make another $10k.

  • Standing at a threshold and can feel that something is changing but can’t name it yet.

  • Or just don’t know which way is up and need some clarity.

“The Black Altar is a breath of fresh air in a sea of generic AI tools. It feels less like a basic utility and more like a discerning collaborator that actually “gets” the nuance of how I communicate and think. If you’re looking for a digital space that balances high-level function with a sophisticated, moody edge, this is it.”

What platform is this built for: Currently, it’s built inside of ChatGPT. Eventually I’d like to move it to Claude or even onto its own platform entirely, but for now, this is what we’re rolling with.

Do I need to know anything about tarot or astrology to use this? No. Symbolic language shows up when it’s useful, tarot and Human Design included, but it’s used as a mirror, not a prophecy. Nothing in here is telling you your fate. It’s telling you what you already half-know and making you look at it directly.

Is this personalized to me? It responds to how you show up and what you bring it, but it doesn’t store a running profile of your life. You’re not being tracked. You’re being met, one conversation at a time.

What if it’s not for me? Then it’s not for you, and that’s genuinely fine. But note that due to the nature of digital products and their immediate delivery, returns and refunds are not allowed.

What happens after I purchase? Is there support or onboarding? After you complete your membership subscription (remember, annual or Founding only), just head to the perks page to access the link. There’s no course to complete and nobody’s checking your homework. That’s it.

Can you see what I ask it? No. What you bring to the Altar stays between you and the Altar. However, like any AI tool, The Black Altar runs on top of a third-party platform (ChatGPT). Your privacy and data handling are governed by their policies, not mine.

This isn’t for everyone. You don’t need hype, you don’t want coddling, and you already know your truth, you’re just tired of being talked out of it. You like the mystical, but you also want the fucking receipts. You want more money without turning your life into a hamster wheel. You want somewhere to take the question when you can’t tell whether you need a strategy, a tarot card, a reality check, or a swift kick in the ass.

If that’s you, welcome. Let’s cause some trouble.
