Liars, housekeeping, and our final meetups of the year!

How is it going?

Some housekeeping, to begin!

We had our Sandwich meetup and it was gorgeous. Looking forward to our next one. We are meeting at The Hive again, and if you’re a speedy reader there is still time to join us. You can grab a pack or read and join online, whichever suits.

I am halfway through and have been highlighting loads of passages. I keep meaning to say, if you are a highlighter of passages, can you be a doll and bring a couple with you to share at the meetup? They work as great prompts for our chats.

We have also had a poll regarding our next book and I have been in contact with our distributors to order the next two reads. They should be with me in time for our next meet so if you’d like to preorder your pack you can here. Or, save postage and grab a bundle - if you missed any of our previous reads we have a spare few copies marked down so why not add an extra read into your package. The dates for the next two meets are: October 16th (Thursday) and November 27th.

We will also be doing the online meetups too, which will involve some journalling and writing, based on some of the topics the book brings up, so for these please bring along your own quotes from the book as well as your journal and a pen! The online meets can be booked online and will take place:

Weds 3rd Sept 8pm online (LIARS by Sara Manguso)
Weds 15th October 8pm (Book TBA)
Weds 26th November 8pm (Book TBA)
