Hi beautiful friend,

I’ve been getting really into energy work again lately!

It’s such a cool concept to me that we can work with our energy to transform our lives.

Because when things go wrong in our lives, as they often seem to do, it’s easy to think we need to work hard and freak out and do a lot of physical labor and worrying to fix it. Right?

But you could just work with your energy, and it would change everythingggg. ⚡️

That is what happened to me when I finally gave myself permission to embrace my kooky mad scientist vibe. 👩🏻‍🔬

And the reason I was able to do that… was because of something I discovered on my astrology chart (a chart of my energy!).

Between 2019-2022, I had been studying Reiki and how to become an Angel Messenger, meditating, doing yoga teacher training, spending lots of time on the beach, and basically just aspiring to levitate away into oblivion… as us Pisces’ love to do.

I awoke one morning at 4 am, as I often did back then, got on my laptop in bed, and realized that Archangel Raziel was showing me how to use Vedic sidereal (sigh-dee-ree-al) astrology.

I saw that if I combined sidereal with tropical, also known as Vedic with Western Astrology, I could understand who we really are and what is really happening in our lives on a deeper level… or some may say, higher.

To me, the sidereal astrology chart seemed to represent the 5D world - the higher dimensional world - while the tropical chart represented a bridge to the 4D and 3D.

And the dimension you’re operating in, or mostly focused upon, is what creates your experience.

I didn’t have to study, travel to India, or take classes online to discover this - it came straight from upper management. 😳 As in channeled, downloaded, guided from above. Didn’t even need to leave my bedroom.

I know, it’s weird, but this is exactly the kind of thing that happens in the 5D realm - and part of the reason why we want to “go” there… because there are endless creative ideas & downloads available on tap!!!

So, let’s break down these concepts for a sec…

Please know, this is only my personal view, and it has not been “scientifically tested” or officially agreed upon by “the Galactic Alliance” or anything like that. It is just my understanding after everything that has come through for me.

The Dimensions According to Me

The 3rd Dimension (3D) - The physical world and anything we can touch, taste, and feel. This is where the muggles feel the most comfortable hanging out, and we adore them for it. It’s about food, sex, and rock and roll, and focusing a lot of your attention on your family, friends, and wanting to achieve things physically (sports) and materially (money) and be well-liked and adored (fame & popularity).
There is actually no better or worse, though, because there is no actual hierarchy!!! There is no good or bad, no judgment over what you care about; it’s just about the experience you feel like having.
The beautiful thing here is that we have the free will to focus our concentration on any dimension we wish (and that is how past life healing works, too, which brings me to the 4th dimension…because if you can do, be, have, and experience more, then why not go there?).
The 4th Dimension (4D) - The world of energy work, past lives, psychic stuff, and intuition. Things we can’t always touch physically, but we can potentially see and mainly feel. It is where your most powerful emotions come into play to guide you - and to steer you astray.
Now, it’s no longer just your physical body directing you to eat, sleep, hoard resources, and have sex. Depending on how open you are psychically, you can be directed not only by your deeper emotions but by your dreams, influenced by spirits, and you can even experience psychic attacks.
Sooooo… it’s a bit of a free-for-all and something you want to make sure to protect yourself from and have discernment around.
Just like your emotions don’t always know what’s best for you, that is how risky it can be with obsessing over your dreams and listening to random spirits, too. Schizophrenia & DID, anyone?
The 5th Dimension (5D) - Love, light, grace, and ease. You’re able to manifest the things you desire instantly. But at the same time, you’re in tune with your Higher Self, and you only want what is most in alignment for yourself and the journey your higher heart and mind want you to take.
You fully trust the universe, and because of that, the universe shows up for you. Your vibration is so high that your cup runs over, and you find yourself giving from a place of joy instead of duty, responsibility, or survival mode, and this, in turn, brings together a community of people who willingly and lovingly give to each other while doing what they love. (Ahh, bliss!)
You magnetize the people and resources you need towards you right when you need them because you are working in service of a higher cause - for yourself and others. (This is like that divine download I received around a new way to use astrology. It dropped in for me instantly… I didn’t need to go do years of research.)
And yet… you are NOT putting your work before yourself in your list of priorities because you know that your energy being at a high vibration through your self-care and centering practices is what keeps this whole way of life humming along. 😉

There are so many approaches to this… across meditation, kundalini yoga, psychedelics, and so many other spiritual and religious practices as well.

But when I was comparing my 5D astrology chart (sidereal) with my 3D/4D astrology chart (tropical), I realized I could work with them together to:

Begin to raise my vibration more quickly
Understand my Higher Self’s greater plan for me
See past only the physicality and emotionality of the situations being presented before me in my life and tune into the energetic reason it all has to happen, which brought me instant acceptance and peace

It also made me see my identity completely differently, which was a total shock to the ego at first.

Instead of being a Pisces with Sagittarius Rising, I was suddenly an Aquarius with Scorpio Rising. Harder edges, more serious, intense, and powerful.

Instead of my 5 planets in Capricorn, I had several in Sagittarius. Not looking to be the most successful or accomplished, just wanting to feel free.

Completely different signs and houses.

Everything on your 3D/4D astrology chart shifts back (clockwise) by 25 degrees on the 5D astrology chart, and the houses are calculated differently as well.

So, you essentially become a different person? Except you’re not a different person at all. This is just another layer of your personality, and it has been your deeper motive all along as a soul.

You can still be the 3D/4D version of yourself AND the 5D at the same time - you just have a choice which one to focus on more. (Free will, remember?)

If your 3D/4D self is how you physically appear to others, what you appear to be doing with your life, how you deal with your emotions, and what you dream of…

Then your 5D self can show you how to elevate your energy dimensionally so you become unstoppably aligned, magnetizing everything you desire so quickly and so naturally that you wonder why you ever wanted to struggle in the 3D/4D at all in the past.

(Because it is a choice.)

And if I have a choice, I want to be the version of me who lets myself be free.

Free of old paradigm conditioning and muggle world standards - and even my own standards a year ago!

So, as a newly realized 5D Aquarius Sun & Moon, I’m letting myself be more focused on conducting experiments, working with energy, dancing to the beat of my own drum despite society’s expectations, and being a little weirdo who is not afraid to ruffle a few feathers from time to time.

But I can still be soft, compassionate, empathetic, artistic, and ethereal as a Pisces at the same time.

As a 5D Scorpio Rising, I’m doing work that facilitates others' deep soul evolution… I’m not just bringing back what I have learned from my educational & travel adventures (as a 4D Sagittarius Rising).

And I can still laugh at every crazy thing that happens like a kooky Sagittarius and not get sucked into being overly serious like the scorpion!

The 5D chart is like a deeper, juicier approach to life, but one does not negate the other. As I said, it’s just another layer. It’s a bridge that helps me connect more to my Higher Self.

However, these days, I am choosing to take the 5D approach more directly.

Going straight into it, not always taking the scenic bridge route that the 3D folk will understand (because there is sooo much they don’t understand).

Not just utilizing it as an underlying motive but as the true blue core of my work.

The ♓️ Pisces and the ♑️ Capricorn and all that other stuff, yep, she’s still in here… dreaming about the visuals she’ll choose for this post and how it fits into the larger ecosystem of her work (Hiiiii! 🙋🏻‍♀️)…

But she also knows that when she anchors into a higher vibration of her true 5D personality - and not her play-it-safe-and-make-everyone-like-her-lower-dimensional personality everything will become so much more resonant for her and for YOU.

P.S. I know this already sounds wild to some (but definitely not ALL of you!!!) with spirits waking me up to teach me stuff about energy and stuff - especially if you’re still out there wondering, “Who IS this girl that I’m receiving these emails from right now?” - but I promise you that I still vacillate quite proudly between the 3D/4D/5D in my energy and focus.

I say “proudly” because, may I remind you, there is no actual hierarchy here!

It’s just a choice of how you want to feel… and living in 3D sometimes just makes us that much more relatable so that people can understand us and resonate with our story better when we share how we’ve transformed.
