This is a very important topic as many big companies are not providing opportunities for young professionals to work as interns. Without internships, how will freshers gain the experience they need? Unfortunately, many companies that do offer internships are either fake or just issue certificates, sometimes for as little as 99 INR, without providing real, valuable experience. There are very few companies that offer internships with useful and challenging tasks that allow students to truly learn and grow.
