Watching a human type code for 4 hours is gone. Good times, but it's gone.
Why watch someone type when AI generates, tests, and explains it in 4 seconds?
We are seeing a brutal trade-off:
- Velocity is up. (MVPs in a weekend).
- Competence is down. (Panic when Docker breaks).
Code is now a commodity. Taste and Architecture are the only moats left.
🗒️ Note to self: stop memorizing syntax. Start learning how to code review. I may be wrong, but the future seems to be heading in this direction.
