The Chinese New Year has arrived, and it always brings much more hope and joy than the calendar New Year does. I have even lost 2kg since the new moon in January!
The spectre of the same old, same old being replaced by a new ‘same old’ forces me to make some positive steps. The possibilities include attending more group spirituality events, being more proactive in health and fitness, and volunteering more love to family or society.
I hope that this time, next year, I can see the differences. Maybe, I just need new lenses?
