Jason James is the Co-Founder & COO of Tezi, a one-year-old AI startup that built Max, an AI agent that recruits on behalf of companies. Jason is 23 years into a career in design and product management, most recently as the first VP of Design at Instacart and later as the VP of Product running the Instacart consumer business in the run up to the 2023 IPO.
