Congratulations on Hitting Rock Bottom

There is something about hitting rock bottom that no spiritual book can teach you.

You see, many of us look at rock bottom as something negative, something shameful, something we should avoid at all costs. And while it is not the most enjoyable experience, quite far from it, it comes with a certain advantage.

And that advantage is what I want to talk about today.

First of all, let’s define what rock bottom is, because we can perceive it very differently based on our conditioning and programming.

For some of us, rock bottom may be connected to finances. Others may know it and experience it through relationships. Either way, even the theme of it will differ greatly when it comes to the actual experience.

For example, I experienced my own rock bottom when I returned to my home country after many years of living abroad and taking care of myself, living very independently.

When COVID hit, I was forced to return. And living the way I did at the time, my financial situation was definitely not prepared for such an emergency. I had to stay at my mom’s place. Dependent, unemployed, confused and angry. Without the opportunity to find employment or figure things out the way I usually would by moving to a different country, I was forced to face a lot of my inner demons, as I like to call them.

It was not easy. Definitely not enjoyable. But here is the unexpected twist.

This was also the time when I was forced to see my unresolved issues and face the things I had been successfully running from.

And it quite literally led me to where I am today.

I kid you not, that period catapulted me in ways I didn’t even know were possible. This was the time when I discovered hypnotherapy and dedicated myself deeply to its studies. I eventually got certified and began understanding the inner workings of my own psyche.

The rest is history. And as we know, when you align with your purpose, mission, vision, however you want to call it, life works in mysterious ways to support you and connect you with the right people and opportunities at what feels like the perfect time.

If it had not been for COVID, I would perhaps still be running from the past and entertaining myself in different countries just to avoid what was really there for me.

Rock bottom stripped every comfort zone, every escape pattern, every numbing tactic from me. I was left to face it all. And as a result of daring to do so, it rewarded me with opportunities I could not have planned.

What I really want you to understand is that you do not need a rock bottom in order to align with your destiny, or even dare to take the bold step you are postponing.

You absolutely do not need to go to extremes. But from my experience, and what I find to be true, is that sometimes we do need a push. Sometimes a little one. Sometimes a HUGE one. A push away from the life that is not for us, so the right one can align with us faster.

And when that is happening for you, if it is happening for you, that is your time.

That is your golden opportunity to take your power back and turn the mess into a fucking masterpiece. That is how powerful we are. That is the wild alchemy we are capable of.

So if you are at rock bottom right now, I do not pity you. In fact, I congratulate you.

You can start from absolute scratch. Life is offering you the opportunity to start fresh and realign yourself with your highest timeline at godspeed.

And since there is not much left to lose… you might as well go ALL IN.

The tables have turned. It is your turn to play the wild card.
