MY MANY COMPANIONS: THE TOUR
Last weekend I completed the last of my spring series of Offerings on Cherished Land. An experimental pilot in finding different ways to share my music that visited Catcastle and Windlestone in Co.Durham in March; Storth and Swarthmoor in Cumbria in May. Each unique and each a true delight as well as a catalyst for learning and growth around the reciprocity of that ongoing relationship with Mystery.
I am indebted both to those who hosted those events and all the beings who turned up for them. Still letting all that work on me and will say more, probably at some length, in the near future but for now I am can be clear there will be more!
So consider saving the afternoons of Sunday September 6th and/or 20th. 6/9will be in the foothills of Clougha Pike near Lancaster. 20/9 will be at The Sondering, as part of a fascinating Festival for Mortals. Near Rydal In the Lake District and about Death. More about both dates in the next Substack.
MY MANY COMPANIONS : THE ZINE
Just as pertinent and a good deal more immediate is the release of the Skear Zines’ version of My Many Companions. A song transformed, into something to touch and view as it unfolds and shatters in front of you. I’m so pleased with how this re-mix has turned out. What Merlin Sheldrake might call an “emergent, holobiont, symborg”
It’s being launched online this coming Tuesday 2/6 at 7.45pm. And you can be there! Catch work by Flora Elmi Beagley, Sama Hunt, Melaina Barnes & Sarah Hymas at the same time as hearing me talk about what MMC is about!
Free tickets . More about Skear Zines website or MMC Zine.
