Karma doesn't begin with what you do — it begins with what you keep thinking, and the moment thought becomes speech, it cannot be taken back

Long before an event, before a harsh word, before a regretted action, karma is quietly being planted in the most intimate place you have access to: the level of thought. This meditation opens the Upanishadic map of karma — Sañcita, Prārabdha, and Āgāmi — and then narrows in on the one place where you actually have leverage: the seed. You'll see how a repeated thought becomes a lens, how that lens shapes your speech and action, and why the instant a thought crosses into a spoken sentence or a completed deed, something irreversible enters the shared world — meetable with new wisdom and love, but never truly undone. Along the way, a single question is offered as a daily practice: if this thought became my next word or action, what kind of karma would I be planting? And beneath all of it, a quiet reminder: in the relative world, karma is real; in the true Self, you were never bound by it. Tat Tvam Asi.
