Prep Time: 20 minutes

Rest Time: 2–12 hours (overnight recommended)

Servings: 10–12 portions

Dry Ingredients

  • 310 g Rolled oats

  • 22 g Chia seeds

  • 35 g Unsweetened cacao powder

  • 40 g Protein powder (optional)

Wet Ingredients

  • 310 g Almond milk (or any milk)

  • 380 g Greek yogurt

  • 65 g Honey

  • 120 g Almond butter

  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

  • 5 g Salt

Fruits & Add-ins

  • 4 medium Bananas (approximately 480 g peeled)

  • Juice of ½ lemon

  • 40 g Chopped almonds (about ⅓ cup)

1. To Make the Oat Cream

  1. Gather the necessary ingredients.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the oats, chia seeds, salt, and protein powder (if using).

  3. Mix together the almond milk, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract.

  4. Add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients.

  5. Mix thoroughly until smooth and evenly hydrated.

  6. Let rest for 10–15 minutes to allow the oats and chia seeds to absorb the liquid and thicken.

2. To Prepare the Bananas

  1. Slice the bananas into approximately 0.5 cm rounds.

  2. Toss gently with lemon juice to prevent oxidation and maintain a fresh color.

3. To Assemble

  1. In a rectangular or square glass dish, arrange a layer of banana slices on the bottom.

  2. Drizzle a portion of the almond butter over the bananas.

  3. Lightly dust with cacao powder.

  4. Spread half of the oat mixture evenly on top.

  5. Repeat the layers: bananas → almond butter → cacao powder → remaining oat mixture.

4. To Set

  1. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2–3 hours, preferably overnight for the best texture and structure.

5. To Finish

  1. Before serving, dust the top with cacao powder.

  2. Garnish with fresh banana slices and chopped almonds.
