Dear Cindy,

I work for <large well-known company>. The leadership has made it clear that everyone in the company is expected to upskill on AI, and that employees will be judged in reviews on how much we are using AI in our day to day work. I have a creative role <details anonymized> I do use AI for informational and fine-tuning purposes, but honestly, I struggle to see how I can perform in the way my company wants me to, without degenerating my work to ‘using AI for the sake of it’. What are your views on AI, and what are your thoughts on this?
