I'm feeling so much better

Howdy friends!

Last week the 3rd and final single from my new album was released. By the time you’re reading this, the full album I Hope We Can Still Be Friends will be out.

The final single is called “So Much Better.” It’s about a guy who’s gone and gotten electroshock therapy to delete someone from his memory. It works pretty well, but gets tricky as he watches people diving off the pier making swimming look fun and easy. He can’t remember if he’s ever learned…

I want to thank Sera Cahoone for her work on the album. She produced I Hope We Can Still Be Friends and was by my side for the whole process start to finish. She’s indispensable.

We mostly recorded it at The Unknown in Anacortes with Nich Wilbur engineering and then finished it with Johnny Sangster and Crackle & Pop! in Seattle.

Abbey Blackwell, Sam Peterson, Aaron Khawaja, Dan Walker, and Jon Hyde played on the record.

Rachel Field & Ed Brooks mastered the record at Resonant Mastering.

And last but not least, the wonderful Becca Fuhrman painted the album cover.
