When Democratic Socialist Zohran Mamdani won the New York City mayoral race in November 2025 establishment political pundits insisted his landslide victory was a one-off that could only happen in the Big Apple, rather than a seismic shift to the left in an increasingly economically-deprived American working class.
The Democratic Party lost its way 30 years ago, adopting a timid fear-based centrist platform inspired by the Clinton “triangulators” which threw working people to the capitalist cartels. Deregulated, those cartels consolidated, labor unions were crushed and a new billionaire class threw a portion of their Wall Street spoils at electing compliant ass-kissers to carry out their political agenda.
Meanwhile these centrist Democrats hid behind politically-correct idioms of all manner which emasculated men then patronized women, blacks, browns and queers before devolving into a woke shit show where caricatures like Kamala Harris defended drag queens in day care centers and were outraged when rapist border jumpers were apprehended.
Twice these DNC zombies cheated to make sure Bernie Sanders wasn’t elected President. Sensing massive peasant unrest, the billionaire Epstein class marched out an actor named Trump as a fake populist. It worked for awhile.
Mamdani’s landslide was no aberration, no one-off outlier. It was the beginning of a tidal wave of anger now sweeping across a nation tired of falling further and further behind while the Bloodline and its minions attempt to consolidate control over every aspect of our lives.
In Michigan progressive doctor Abdul El-Sayed won the Democratic primary on an anti-Israel platform. In Colorado Democratic Socialist (DSA) candidate Melat Kiros upset 15-term incumbent Rep. Diana DeGette in a rout.
In New York’s 7th Congressional District Claire Valdez, a DSA member, labor organizer and United Auto Workers ally secured a landslide victory in the Democratic primary to succeed retiring Rep. Nydia Velázquez. Meanwhile Darializa Avila Chevalier pulled off an upset victory over long-time incumbent Adriano Espaillat in New York's 13th District.
Yesterday in Minnesota progressive lieutenant governor Peggy Flanagan defeated centrist Rep. Angie Craig in the Democratic primary for US Senate. If Flanagan can beat NFL sideline commentator Michelle Tafoya in November she would be the first Native American woman to serve in the US Senate.
For far too long the Democratic establishment has disrespected the left wing of the party while catering to corporations, Israel and the rich. From Jesse Jackson to Jerry Brown, Dennis Kucinich to Bernie Sanders the party has had its chances to choose a candidate who would have fought for the working class and could have fundamentally changed the direction of this country.
Instead they chose mediocre corporatist candidates in the form of Dukakis, Clinton, Gore, Kerry, Biden and Harris. Democrats need to grow a pair!
Time is running out. The Epstein class will either enslave us all or be stripped of its assets and locked up. Be a part of the tidal wave that aims to make damn sure its the latter. It ain’t over til’ the fat lady sings…
