The acronym is: B.R.A.V.I.N.G.

By the way, each of these leadership habits can be adapted for any role, whether you’re leading a company, a business, a household, or managing a team:

Boundaries. This focuses on respecting other’s boundaries and learning to understand that we all have different boundaries.

Reliability. Being trustworthy and reliable, doing precisely what you say you will do at any given time.
