I’m feeling kind of awesome today, and very grateful that the project funded so quickly! It’s a huge weight off my shoulders knowing that we can print the book (and maybe do a little more) by hitting our reasonable goal!
Of course none of that could have happened without the support of this community and I appreciate everyone who has shown up and made this a reality. I’m extremely humbled, and am just very excited to get the book into everyone’s hands! I’ll be keeping you updated all along the way, but until then, we have 26 more days to go!
I’d love to get Issue 2 into production as soon as possible! If you can share this, talk to friends… anyone who might like this book, it would be an incredible thing.
I know money is tight. I know the economy isn’t great, but I wanted to mention something I’m doing to give back a little more to the amazing artists I’ve gotten to work with (and very much want to continue working with in the future).
My creator Secret Bundle is still available and features a limited red foil cover drawn by me, and includes a bunch of other items!
Right now if you add-on any of the unique covers, or the awesome 8X10 giclee print 15% of the money raised from that item purchase goes back to the artist who created it! This includes the two $50 Artist bundles in the main campaign! If you want to add something to your pre-order just pop back into your account and you can do that pretty easily!
Please, don’t feel obligated, I just wanted to put that out into the world!
