I will start doing these monthly favourites as a way to show my favorite things during the month, what is finished, what is worth it, exciting activities and objects of affection.
The Chanel concealer that blends seamlessly into the skin (for real!!), hydrates the skin without any oily effect. I´ve been using this only in certain areas of my face and no foundation.
Continuing with Chanel Beauty, during the summer season I love wearing this line and specially, I love the smell (reminds me of the ocean. I have sensitive skin and it works). The water-light texture glides on with a sensorial burst of freshness, then transforms into the comfort of a cream, leaving skin hydrated.
I was kindly gifted this Tom Ford scent - Taormina orange- at first I was sceptical because I don’t love the scents of this blue line ( like the Neroli Portofino). I really like the scent because its bring, vibrant but then it has a subtle hint of spice because of the blood orange and cardamom. The cardamom, in particular, gives the fragrance a richness and warmth that makes it feel incredibly luxurious.
Another skincare product I am obsessed since day one - Emma Lewisham Supernatural Vitale Elixir serum - a brand that I just discovered and i wish I knew before. It’s a sustainable brand, this product in particular has a “cosmeceutical-grade facial muscle relaxant” - promotes itself as a topical alternative to Botox injections. It left my skin feeling hydrated but never heavy or greasy. The immediate effect is a plumper and luminous skin.
