PerfectServe is a healthcare technology company that provides communication and scheduling solutions for hospitals and healthcare providers, is hiring a Remote Shift Operations Coordinator.

The annual salary for this role is $65,000 per year. You will also receive differential pay for evening and overnight shifts.

This is not an entry-level customer service role. You will not be answering back to back calls. Instead, you will help to oversee the daily operation of the support team.

If you’ve worked in:

• Customer Service

• Technical Support

• Contact Centers

• Call Centers

• Help Desk

• Team Lead

• Shift Lead

• Supervisor

...you may already have experience that transfers well to this role.

The job requires:

• High school diploma or GED

• At least 2 years in a support or contact center environment

• Leadership or coaching experience

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to make decisions quickly

• Experience with Zendesk, Five9, or similar systems is preferred

This position isn’t a traditional 9-to-5 schedule.

You’ll need to work one of these fixed shifts:

Tuesday–Saturday
4:00 PM–1:00 AM

OR

Sunday–Thursday
12:00 AM–9:00 AM

Both schedules include one weekend day.
