Maybe the single most alarming thing about the US-Israeli wars of aggression, along with NATO's war against Russia, is the almost total lack of a visible resistance movement in countries like the US.

They tell me in the polls
The war has no support
There's opposition in the Congress
And the courts
They tell me that the youth
Are especially against
Spending trillions every year
On defense

They say there's opposition
On the shop room floors
They say the students
Are against these wars
But if it’s all true
Someone tell me how
The streets aren't full
Of people right now

Where are the masses
Marching on their feet
Where are the millions
In the streets

Where are the festivals
Of resistance and rebellion
To see the country so quiet
Is Orwellian
At such a time of madness
At such a precarious brink
As we seem so close to
Becoming extinct

Chorus

Where are the lockdowns
At the factory gates
The antiwar cafes
Across the United States
Where are the blockades
From the peaks to the ravines
Aiming to shut down
This war machine

Chorus

“Where are the Millions in the Streets” will be a track on Ai Tsuno’s upcoming album, A TOAST TO PLANET EARTH, which drops on all the streaming platforms on September 1st.
