New Song “Shake It Out” + Summer Shows

Hey Friends,

Writing to you from the Berkshire mountains under sunny skies. Summer has been a whirlwind of travel and shows, so taking some time and space to recalibrate this week has been a real gift. I hope you are well wherever you are!

Excited to share a new summer bop as well as some upcoming shows that we are STOKED about! We’re in Woodstock at The Colony this Friday 8/15, then on to Unicorn Bar in Kingston on 8/21, then ending August with 2 shows on 8/31 in NJ. Details and updates from our musical world below 🌞

A song to get out of your head and into your body with authority. Or as I like to call it, getting your "Full Body Medicine” (as demonstrated here). This is probably the most full sound I’ve come up with yet - horns, organ, fuzzy guitars, heavy drums from Daniel Fresco, tons of harmonies, and a rap verse to top it off. I hope it makes you shake out whatever is holding you back :)

• Friday 8/15 - @colonywoodstockny outdoor stage. A 3-hour Clover & Sundream set with a lot of originals and a few covers (Woodstock NY, 6pm - 9pm) (donation based)

• Thursday 8/21 - @unicornkingston supporting @cloveronthemic with @nykenzie @beccsmusic @nathan__aguilar (Kinston NY, 7pm)

• Saturday 8/30 - Labor Day Folk Set in Pittsfield, MA (email for details)

• Sunday 8/31 - Riverfest in Frenchtown, NJ - 5:30pm (free)

• 8/31 - @dharmabumsnewhope with @ellykacemusic @angelo_outlaw_ (New Hope, PA, 6-9pm tickets here)

If you’re curious about what we’ve been up to…

• I released another more vibey song which will be the title track on my upcoming album. Listen to “Awake Still Dreaming” here.

• We just played Musikfest in Bethlehem, PA which was incredible. Big stage, bright lights, and Clover dropped some serious soul in the building.

• Had our minds blown at Newport Folk Fest…while manifesting that we will play on one of their stages next year 🤞. Also got to jump into the Mediterranean-esque ocean off the coast of Rhode Island

• Played Sellersville Theatre opening up for the incredible Sister Sparrow & The Dirty Birds. Insanely groovy band with soul, rock n roll, and good vibes all rolled into one.
