Good morning!
It’s Monday, and the heat has returned. While the temptation would be to hunker down indoors and crank up the AC, I’ve made the radical decision to head outside and take us deep into the woods.
We’re standing at the edge of a space we call the cathedral. The air is noticeably cooler here, with a musky sweetness that instantly makes you want to take another sniff, and another after that.
It’s the perfect place to stand and contemplate the big questions before stepping into the new week.
“What in your life is calling you,
When all the noise is silenced,
The meetings adjourned...
The lists laid aside,
And the Wild Iris blooms
By itself
In the dark forest...
What still pulls on your soul?”—Rumi
Onwards,
Clara
