The Exact Funnel That Got Me 1,000 Subscribers A Week (& Why I Killed It)

For a few months, I was adding a thousand email subscribers to a newsletter per week.

Then I killed it, shut the whole thing down, and walked away.

This is the full story of that funnel.

You’ll see how I built it, what it cost, what it produced, and why I pulled the plug on something most people would kill to have.

I’m about to show you something I’ve never shared publicly.

I’ll show everything, nothing held back.

The real numbers behind all of it.

I’m sharing this for two reasons.

First, because the system actually worked. We were adding over a thousand email subscribers per week at a cost so low that most marketers I’ve told this to didn’t believe me. The funnel itself was clean, efficient, and scalable. If you’re trying to build a newsletter or any kind of email-driven business, there are pieces of this you can steal directly.

Second, because I shut it down. Killed it. Walked away from a machine that was doing exactly what it was supposed to do, generating attention at scale, building an audience, growing week over week, and let it die.

And the reason I killed it is more valuable than the funnel itself.

Because the reason has nothing to do with marketing.

It has to do with something nobody talks about when they show you their funnel breakdowns and their “how I got 10K subscribers” case studies.

But I’ll get to that.

First, let me show you what we built.
