Deutsche Bank, the largest bank in Germany, filed for a Digital Asset Custody License. The bank manages $1.3 trillion in assets.
BlackRock is requesting the SEC’s approval for a spot bitcoin ETF — with Coinbase as its custodial partner
Invesco and WisdomTree are also seeking approval to launch spot bitcoin exchange-traded funds (ETFs) in the US, joining BlackRock in their efforts.

Uniswap recently announced V4. It is an upgraded version of the exchange, designed to provide enhanced flexibility and capital efficiency for traders. With V4 it is introducing a new kind of smart contract called “hooks,” which allow developers to expand upon already existing liquidity pools. In addition to this, V4 pools will live in a single contract, reducing the cost of pool creation by 99%.

Invesco and WisdomTree are also seeking approval to launch spot bitcoin exchange-traded funds (ETFs) in the US, joining BlackRock in their efforts.
Invesco and BlackRock say that a surveillance sharing agreement with a regulated market would reduce the risk of manipulation. The SEC has cited market manipulation as a reason for rejecting previous Bitcoin ETF applications. The SEC hasn't said when it will make a decision on the latest applications.
If approved, a spot Bitcoin ETF would make it easier for investors to buy and sell Bitcoin.
FTX's advisors' filings on June 15 revealed that fees and expenses from February 1 to April 30 amounted to $121.8 million, as reported by The Block Research.
FTX's bankruptcy costs drive movement to reboot exchange aiming to return value to customers amid regulatory challenges for Coinbase and Binance.
