MAGAWorld Vs. Reality

I have been thinking about the things MAGA claims to care about and want to fix versus what they have shown about their ability to govern. For example, Fox News loves to talk about their hatred for transgender folks, so that is something that they care about, however, they have no solution to offer whatsoever. The best thing Trump had was to sign an executive order that makes everyone the sex they were assigned at conception, meaning we are all now female according to him.

When Trump took over, I was still arguing with my friends. I told a friend of mine, “I don’t agree with the transgender stuff, but wouldn’t you rather him do it right, instead of just making up stuff that wasn’t real?” And my friend never really addressed this idea. It was basically at this point that I realized that they were going to need to save themselves.

But I keep thinking about how they promised all these things, never got any of it, and somehow still feel like they did the right thing.

Two years in, they still blame this mess on Biden, while offering absolutely nothing as a solution to any problem.

They don’t want solutions. They want to be angry about everything, so that they have a reason to still be loud.

The truth is, it is obvious that everything they want only makes things worse, not better. The past two years have shown us this.

Take away vaccine restrictions, call vaccines bad based on junk science, claim it will harm kids, and you wind up with measles everywhere. A disease basically eradicated is now a clear and present danger because MAGA had to have their way and they were WRONG.

In reality, vaccines save children’s lives. They keep kids from getting sick. Just like the covid vaccine did.

They can deny the truth or refuse to believe it, but that won’t change it. Vaccine mandates reduce disease and keep people alive. No serious person can argue this point.

Look at what Trump and MAGA have done to our food and our farmers. How do you simultaneously fuck over the people selling something and the people buying something?

Oh, that’s right, you guys are told to believe that tariffs will solve everyone’s problems. Tell me, how has that worked out for everyone? Are things any cheaper than they were six years ago?

In reality, all tariffs do is raise the price on everything. I said that in April of last year and these people did it anyway and exactly what I expected would happen.

It is pretty easy to understand the outcomes if you take any time to think, but thinking is not something MAGA is interested in doing. They want Trump to think for them.

And I didn’t even mention all the disease they have allowed into our food. The amount of food recalls is complete insanity. Any group of sane people wanting solutions and results would fire RFK Jr. immediately, but they don’t want solutions or results, they want to live in fantasy land with Trump.

Every single thing they have fucked up, someone else is going to have to fix.

We will need to overhaul the FDA to make sure food does not get contaminated.

We will have to repeatedly tell people vaccines are fine and these assholes have just been full of shit and even then it will take years for people to listen.

We are going to need to fix every single relationship with every foreign country because the Republicans have allowed a demented old man treat our allies like shit while sucking up to murderous dictators.

Why are we talking shit about Canada and how great North Korea is? What possible purpose could either of those things serve?

They just create more problems for us to fix so that they can complain about more stuff and slow the whole process down.

None of the fake policies work, nor are they meant to. They are meant to drain us of energy so that we don’t argue about the fantasy they have constructed.

Let me try this a different way that MAGA might understand:

• There is no legislation, segment on Fox News, or statement from Trump that will make transgender people “disappear”. It won’t happen, no matter how much you want it to and no one cares if you don’t like it.

• The same is true for immigrants or any minority in this country. If you plan is just to get rid of anyone who isn’t white, tell me what problems that actually solves? Absolutely nothing. It might make you feel better, but it sure doesn’t make things cheaper.

• Nothing MAGA has is a solution to anything. You don’t have solutions because you fundamentally misunderstand the problems. Give me one solution to any problem that does not require harming someone else and I will point out why your only idea will never work. It is clear you have nothing but lies and lies have never fixed anything.

I am exhausted with this back and forth about ideas that have long proven to be failures.

You know how you fix the healthcare problem? You give everyone universal healthcare just like every other country. Problem solved and we never have to argue about it anymore.

You want to know how to fix the economy? Stop relying on A.I. to do jobs that people can do. A.I. has shown to be inferior to humans, yet it takes our money and our resources? The solution is simple, but MAGA doesn’t want a problem to solve, they want something to make stupid, childish videos with.

I am old enough to remember a time when free trade with Canada and Mexico was important to both parties in our country. Now, MAGA has just pissed them off so that they have another problem to continue to complain about.

Much like drug companies would rather prolong your disease than cure it, Republicans like Trump would rather create problems to complain about than solve a single problem.

The only evidence you need is the complete failure of this regime to literally do anything worth a damn.
