You're in!

I see that hand. :) I’ll be in touch with details soon. Peace, David

You're out!

OK, you’re unsubscribed from that sequence. You’ll still receive the main Couch to 50k newsletter. Peace, David

It's time to get started.

Goals: Conquer the blank page. Learn your base habit: the two minute warm-up write. Show up every day and write. You’ve decided. You want to be a writer. You’re going to be a writer. Now it’s time to write. But how do you start? Writing is hard. Starting to write is even harder. You have to overcome the inertia of not writing. You have to find something to write about.

Plan ahead: Writing will come easier if you have at least a rough plan for each session.

The Journey Ahead

With the Couch to 50k Plan, you’re taking your first step away from the couch, towards your new career as an author. You’re going to build a rock-solid writing habit. You’re going to be producing more words than you ever thought possible. You’re also going to hit bumps and snags along the way. Let’s face it, writing is hard. Building a lasting habit from scratch is…
