For the last few years, I’ve been thinking about one question:
What is all of this noise doing to us?
The constant notifications, pressure to respond immediately, doomscrolling, endless comparison, and relentless news cycles. The strange feeling that we’re more connected to everything than ever, but somehow disconnected from ourselves.
That question became my new book, The Quiet Age: Creating a Calm Life in a Chaotic World.
It’s a meditative companion for anyone trying to reclaim their time, quiet their mind, and reconnect with themselves in a world consumed by urgency and distraction. It’s built around short, poetic reflections you can read cover to cover, return to in quiet moments, or use as daily reminders when life starts to feel too loud.
