This week’s Q&A came from a question so many of you have asked me in one form or another. A parent wrote in about her two kids, ages five and seven, same gender siblings, who had stopped bathing together a while back and have now started asking to do it again. She was noticing some behavior that felt off to her but wasn’t sure if it was just kids being kids or something she needed to pay closer attention to. I kept the details general to protect her privacy, but I wanted to give this question the full answer it deserves, because I think almost every parent with more than one child at home has wondered some version of this at some point.
