Dr. Sayeh Beheshti · Dr. Sayeh Beheshti

My name is Sayeh. I walk through many identities in this life — psychiatrist, mother, writer, teacher — but at the core of it all, I am a seeker.

I believe that our time in this life is a chance to remember who we truly are — to uncover our true essence, to discover our purpose, and if we’re lucky, to live it.

I believe that consciousness itself grows through our lived experiences — that every heartbreak, every encounter, every joy is in service to the evolution of consciousness.

And I believe that much of today’s suffering — the collapse of our ecosystems, the breakdown of human connection, the unrelenting anxiety of modern life — can be traced to one root cause:

The systematic oppression and devaluation of the feminine archetype.

Not just in women, but in all of us.

For centuries, we have glorified control over surrender, action over receptivity, domination over relationship. We have exiled the very qualities that keep us connected to life, to earth, to each other, and to our own inner wisdom.

Conscious Feminism is our path back. A rebirth.
It is an invitation to wholeness, to balance, to the ending of our self-inflicted sufferings.

Join me on this journey, and together we will restore the balance between the feminine and masculine archetypes — not by rejecting one or glorifying the other, but by bringing both into conscious partnership.

We will reclaim and reimagine what it means to let the sacred feminine come out of the shadows and shine her light once again.

Over the next year, I’ll be sharing:

  • Personal reflections and journal entries from my journey

  • Excerpts from the book I’m writing on Conscious Feminism

  • Meditations, guided prompts, and invitations to seek within

  • Lessons on conscious parenting, so we can raise a new generation of balanced Beings

  • Thoughts on presence, psyche, and spiritual awakening

My voice will weave between psychiatrist and seeker, mother and mystic, as I continue to embody all aspects of my Self — the deeper Self that remains connected to the essence of Being.

If you’ve ever felt the quiet call to slow down, go deeper, and return to the ancient knowledge you hold within you — you’re not alone. And you’re in the right place.

In truth and stillness,
Sayeh
