Trump was right about Venezuela (and everything else)

This is the real cover of Newsweek - it is not Fake.

Newsweek had been a Fake News outlet, but is now acknowledging Trump was right.

The Fake News was apoplectic that Venezuela was going to be Vietnam, Iraq, Afghanistan, etc.

And then Trump took out Maduro and flipped Delcy Rodriguez, a former trusted Maduro Senior Official, into a pro-Trump steward for the country.

It’s working.

Venezuela has stabilized and is in alignment with President Trump and the United States.

Oil is flowing to the United States and the world.

The foreign base camps for Iran, Hezbollah, China, and Russia have been shuttered.

Tren De Aragua has been crushed.

Delcy Rodriguez, a former Maduro lieutenant is now the leader of Venezuela and is ably leading the final negotiations on transforming Venezuela into a market economy with better paying jobs while re-establishing civil society.

All without a U.S. Military occupation force.

A related Time magazine article said, describing the relationship of President Trump to Delcy Rodriguez:

“Washington and Caracas now cooperate on intelligence and counternarcotics operations too. In June, the partnership resulted in the killing of Niño Guerrero, the leader of the transnational criminal organization Tren de Aragua, at his compound in Venezuela’s Bolívar state. Rodríguez says Venezuela supplied the intelligence that located Guerrero and deployed forces on the ground, enabling the U.S. airstrike. “The important thing is that there are opportunities for joint cooperation,” she tells me. “Against drug trafficking, for example, and against transnational organized crime. That is very important to us.” Thousands of political detainees have been released under an amnesty framework encouraged by the U.S., while negotiators continue hammering out dozens of additional economic agreements.”

It took a few months, but the crude oil is beginning to flow from Venezuela - which is good for everyone.

Trump was right. Right about Venezuela, and everything else.
