Meet My Avatar

A troll sent me an amusing email about 6 months ago.

First it made me laugh. Then it made me self-conscious and insulted. But eventually it sparked a curiousity around whether there was something worth building with it.

It sparked an unexpected question in my mind:

​How might I bottle the connection, nuance and impact of a 1:1 coaching session for ANYONE who wants it?

​Most coaching engagements today hit natural limits around cost and access.

The troll gave me an idea to build something fundamentally more accessible:

• ​Affordable and flexible compared to traditional high-touch coaching

• ​On-demand 24/7 for anyone in any time zone (and eventually any language)

• ​Available anywhere on any screen

I launched a chat based coach in 2024.

It was a nice toy but it lacked depth and the ability to be truly heard and understood.

A text based conversation had some utility but not enough utility.

Naturally my clients told me that they wanted an avatar to talk to and be heard by. A simulation of a human to human experience but at a radically lower cost.

​That troll unexpectedly accelerated my product roadmap because she suggested an existing model that we could copy!

​I am thrilled to partner with the team at Nuggt to build and launch the coachparin.com coaching avatar.

​The avatar has been trained on the entire back catalogue of this newsletter plus all coaching video and audio content that I've created.

p.s. I will still be doing some human to human coaching after the avatar is built because I really enjoy doing it!
