What I Purchased at 3 A.M.

One thing nobody tells you about having a newborn? You’ll do a lot of online shopping between the hours of midnight and 4 a.m. 😂

Between the (multiple) middle of the night feedings and rocking Eleanor back to sleep, I’ve spent more time than I’d like to admit scrolling my favorite retailers. Some of these purchases were things I genuinely needed, some were "I've been wanting to try this forever" finds, and a few were simply because they looked too cute to pass up.

So if you’ve ever wondered what ends up in my cart while the rest of the house is asleep... here’s my latest 3 a.m. shopping haul. Hopefully you’ll find a few new favorites, too!

Caffeine eye patches - I ordered these from the NSALE when I saw that they were still in stock. I've really been wanting to try these since I love using eye patches in the morning while drinking my coffee - and I REALLY need them right now with a newborn!

Barefoot Dreams shawl cardigan - I have a leopard one (it’s similar to this robe) from the NSALE five years ago that I've been wearing a ton around our house lately, and it really needed an upgrade! Even though it's hot outside, we keep our air conditioning really low so it's always cold in our house. I love throwing a cozy cardigan on over a summer set or sundress, and the Barefoot Dreams ones are so nice because they are SO soft. Eleanor likes it when I wear them to hold her!

Lace shorts - I keep seeing lace shorts everywhere on the cutest fashion girlies! I ordered this pair off Amazon before investing in a nice pair to make sure I like the trend. I have actually seen them styled a lot for fall, too, with an oversized sweater, so I think I'll get a lot of wear out of these!

Clip-on fan for me - Eleanor has a nice big fan for her stroller, but I realized that I really wanted one for myself! This clip-on fan is the PERFECT size, can strap right on to my top or a baby carrier and I keep it pointed at my face or neck for an instant cool-down. I like to wear this on our morning walks!

Baby girl outfit - Literally the cutest EVER and I can't believe I found it on Amazon! I love all of the different color and pattern options, especially for less than $20.

Cutest portable sound machine - Shaped like a flower and works great! I keep it attached to her diaper bag, but have also attached it many other places including her bassinet and the stroller. It’s only $20!

New coloring book (for myself!) - If you've been following me for any length of time you know I love my Coco Wyo coloring books! They just came out with Girl Moments volume three so I added it to my cart IMMEDIATELY!

I have a feeling this won’t be my last 3 a.m. shopping haul... 😂 If these middle-of-the-night feedings continue, there will definitely be a part two!
