Closing the loop

Last week, we published the fourth edition of our Work in Progress report.

After being on the road a lot over the past few weeks, we captured reflections from the field based on what kept coming up in conversations. FullCircle hosted several events surrounded by brilliant practitioners and aligned partners who agree that we have entered a transformational economic transition prime to translate into opportunities to drive meaningful economic mobility for millions, provided we intentionally invest in the infrastructure workers need to access quality jobs and thrive in the workplace.

At FullCircle, we see this time of transition as not only a reaffirmation of our thesis, but also clear validation that our outcome orientation toward building a more flexible workforce to help people regain agency and pride over their work will continue to help us build the exact portfolio required for us all to come out stronger on the other side of that transition.
